Monsieur Constant is proud of his Montalbanaise roots. After thirty years spent in Paris, at the Ritz, the Crillon and also at the helm of his three restaurants, he has decided to head back down south.
This is a marvellous brasserie, a mix of baroque and art nouveau. A special place brimming over with history and tales dating back to 1861. This institution situated on the most beautiful Place du Capitole in the heart of Old Toulouse. Christian Constant re-opened this historical monument, a listed building, in 2011, wiped away the cobwebs of the Bibent, which means ‘drink good’ in Occitane slang. Be assured that you also ‘eat good’ in this establishment, one of the best addresses in town.
