Description Chef de Partie, experience required, motivating salary. Responsible for a section in the kitchen with the assistance of a commis. Preparation of french dishes using fresh seasonal produce. You will practice stock control and be required to overlook and participate with cleaning duties. After training you with have perfect knowlege of the menu and the dishes prepared.

Café Constant, 139 rue Saint Dominique, 75007 Paris, Open 7 days a week.
 

 Open in 2004, this small corner café has a warm and cosy atmosphere where the regulars and tourists eat every day of the week. French bistro cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal produce.

Description Efficient, friendly and professional, with a great sense of hospitality. As Chef de rang you will be in charge of a section of the café, from the preparation of the restaurant until the end of service.
You will be expected to participate in cleaning duties and will help with the training of trainees and apprentis. French and English languages are required.
