The food at the Michelin starred Le Violon d’Ingres is always exciting. The Daily Specials Menu changes each day according to the season and to the market. If you are vegetarian, you’ll be taken care of but you’ll need to mention this at the time of your booking.
When in season you’ll find the restaurant’s very popular signature dishes featured in detail here on the site – spider rock crab, soft boiled egg, pan seared fois gras, wood pigeon, almond crusted sea bass and the warm soufflé with caramelised salted butter sauce.
The restaurant has a very fine wine cellar with wines carefully selected by Christian Constant and our Maître d’Hôtel who can personally assist in choosing the right wine to match your chosen dish. The wine wall as you enter the restaurant is a lovely feature.
